One hurdle designers face when tackling twin bedroom projects is how to balance individuality with repetition. At the very least—there are two beds. This hurdle was cleared in this bedroom design by showcasing a completely custom bed design!
Padding All-Around
This twin bedroom design by Sarah Baeumler features two twin beds that were custom built by Maison Luxe. The high headboard and footboard design, paired with the padded upholstery, make these beds a one-of-a-kind pairing. While identical, their unique design brings a strong sense of individuality to this space.

This transitional design showcases both twin beds in a setting that keeps things balanced, casual, but still intriguing. The modern chandelier rounded mirrors, and strong pattern on the window blinds offer a sense of activity and liveliness. The brown leather poufs and diamond-textured area rugs bring in an almost Southwestern twist.

Here you can see the rounded framing of the accent mirrors as well as the auxiliary space used for a desk and loft-bed. Note the use of the modern stool and clothes baskets continue the modernized, yet still somewhat rustic, theme of this space.
