Below are some of the most popular collections from the Lexington Home Brands catalogs:

The Oyster Bay Dining Collection Features a Casual Coaster Look Characterized by Light Finishes and Welcoming Upholstery

The Oyster Bay Collection by Lexington Furniture is a casual coastal design that features a refined-yet-casual feel. Among this collection, you’ll find a mix of traditional elements such as break-fronts and turned post legs as well as more transitional elements like ornate metal designs and smooth curved bases. This collection features notable elements for dining, bedroom, and accent furniture as well.

The Tower Place Collection Features Haute Luxe Styling Reminiscent of 1920’s Indulgences. Shown here is the Fairmont Panel Bed + Bachelor’s Chest

The Tower Place Collection by Lexington Furniture is perhaps the best characterization of modernized luxury style. It looks like something straight out of a 1920’s New York Penthouse and features rich cherry veneers accented by illustrious bronze metalwork. This collection offers something for anyone looking to make a statement without being gaudy.

The Monterey Sands Collection Features a Rattan-Bounds Selection of Casual Coastal Designs such as the Pacific Grove Panel Bed and Nightstand Pictured Here

The Monterey Collection by Lexington Furniture offers a refreshing take on what coastal living can be. Coastal Living collections are often bound the traditional New-England look that’s all louvers and washed-out blues. This collection is marked by its Earthy brown Cambria finish with a hand-rubbed glaze to give it a truly West Coast feel. The rattan paneling and bronzed nailheads help even the most subtle parts of this collection seem remarkable.

History

Lexington Home Brands, like many of the best furniture brands today, have been around for a century or more. They got their start at the turn of the 20th century in Lexington, North Carolina as the Lexington Chair Company. They began their manufacturing at the Dixie Furniture facility located in Lexington, North Carolina.

Led by Henry Link, J.Smith Young, and Bruce Hinkle, Lexington began rapidly expanding into adjacent manufacturing facilities. By the late 1930’s, Lexington was one of the largest manufacturers of bedroom furniture in the region with manufacturing facilities covering as many as 30 acres of land.

Throughout the years, Lexington Home Brands encompassed many sister brands that underwent buyouts, re-brandings, and mergers. Today, Lexington is owned by Shanghai-based Yixing Capital and Luolai Lifestyle Technology as majority equity partners. Other notable furniture brands such as Sligh, Tommy Bahama, and Artistica are all part of the Lexington Home Brands corporate family.
